It was quite shocking for me (and I think a lot of people) that Behind Every Job didn't win... but what we didn't expect for a greater shocker was the next one. With the Best Info-tianment Host award presented, the whole disappointment mood sets in, which is quite a spoiler at the start of the show.
The most important thing at any awards show is that, the win has to be 实至名归.

Best Current Affairs Presenter - Dong Du Hua (News Queen!)
Best News Anchor - Lin Qi Yuan (Like finally he won it! Haha)
Best Supporting Actor/Actress award presenters
- 温升豪 & 王传一
Best Supporting Actor - Terence Cao
Best Supporting Actress - Pan Ling Ling

Both of them waited for 2 decades for the affirmation in their acting! T-w-e-n-t-y years! That is really long! It's good to see veteran actors getting their deserved recognition in Star Awards in recent years.
The talk show by Mark & 曾国城.
Mark acting angry that he didn't win Best Info-tainment Host and 城城 consoled him first then turn around & 'shoot' him. HAHA!
Their talk show revolved around the drama and variety productions for the past 1 year and gave a 'review' on them. They have really good rapport!

It was quite amazing because last year when I was still an AD, I was sitting beside the table of this EP, where I overheard that the upcoming SSS (at that time) won't be hosted by Kym 'cos she's flying everywhere for another programme... then I was wondering what programme was it...
then till I know that it was for Love on a Plate...
seeing it in Edit (when I just became editor),
watching it on TV,
witnessing now that the show and the host has received the awards... wow.

I was very touched when I first saw the VT montage of her past winnings in Star Awards, and there was also a very memorable quote in one of the years which she said:
"曾经有一年, 有人说是因为打错我的电话(十大最受欢迎)，我才得奖，嗯。听了有些难过。不过谢谢你们用这么多年来证明，这是个美丽的误会。"
Congrats to Bryan for getting Top 10!
