Updated 28 Apr, Tues @ 8.50pm
Sorry, didn't manage to update until now.
As we were whiling our time away with cards while queuing, there was a new game introduced by KF - Scumbag. What a name right? And I'm a big scumbag at that. -.-! PS and I was always on the same frequency when laughing at certain things 'cos we say the exact sentence at almost the same time! HA!
WQ thought KF was my sister or something until she and the rest went home first after the show... haha. He's not the first to say that. A lot of people had said so. Even my family ok. Long-found sister~ haha!
All right, my prediction (check the previous post) for Star Awards was almost the result list on the day itself.
If only the result was even more exact to mine...
There were some additional elements to the ceremony, with parrots and 'helicopter' fetching the winning name list, some magic tricks used to reveal the winners' names and who can forget the countdown timer for award winners and mike off switched off when the 75s time-limit is up?
Something special this year, but could have used something with more 'wow' factor... and add more!
The countdown timer thing was kinda entertaining to the viewers but restraining to the winners, but then again, everytime the last few winners has to rush through their speech, it isn't fair to them either. This may be a way to keep to the time, but should be done in a less distracting way 'cos timer "toot-ing" away at the last 30s interrupts their speech and making them having to compete with the timer 'noise'.

comment (0)Met up with PS, PJ, RW an KF in the evening for a movie... some after work, some after school. Got the feeling of how it would be like when we all starts to work and could only meet at that time, all exhausted but struggled on just to keep in contact.
《17 Again》is so hilarious with Ned and the high school principal, Masterson, for those who knew what they are talking about... some alienic talk. Sometimes supporting cast has greater room of performance that lights up the whole show! Zac Efron still reminds me of him in HSM... basketball is the sports again, but he performed not too bad as a 37 year old man in a 17 year old body. Was touched by what 'Mike O'Donnell' actually did to salvage the mess he created with all his dissentments.
Worthy of a weekday ticket if you want a great laugh after a long, tiring day.
Intended to watch Revolutionary Road, as anticipated by ps & kf, but pj & rw was worried they might knock out watching such a 'heavily-themed' show, so the switch! Ha! But am now pondering over whether to watch it the next time...

comment (0)And of course, Bryan & Kym are in the Top 5 Most Popular Male/Female Artistes respectively!
YiFong & Guo Liang are also in! ^_^
I an quite agreeable with their list too.
Articles are here in: part 1 and part 2
There was a time when Bryan was listed in the Top 10 most unpopular artistes by the media... which was quite an irony to his popularity then. But that affected him a lot. And knowing where his problem lies in, he made changes and improvements... which constitutes to how much the media favoured him now. :D
Read article here:
Recognition by the media is another form of encouragement and honour, valuable too. :)
Star Awards 2009... in 6 days time.
Top 10 Most Popular Artistes Award... Hoping for the best.

comment (1)Today, the day before school re-opens... spells H-A-P-P-Y!
Being there to see them is just like watching a 'LIVE' variety programme!
Though it's just simple spinning the wheel to see what the people get for their recycling efforts, it's so entertaining with both of them! It's full of laughters. It never fails to tickle me with their presence! Hope the pair can host some programme together soon... it's been L-O-N-G~~!
Thanks for making today (especially) so enjoyable!
Waha! Tomorrow is the start of my 3rd (and final) year in polytechnic!

That's a shot made by P.yaya right through the "readily available" gap on the net.
Went to PS house... and start Wii-ing!
Tennis, boxing, HSM, bowling, cooking mama etc. got us all so engrossed! And there's no image to speak of when it comes to this. Pictorial evidences below:
I jumped and punch. KF punched nearer and nearer to the TV.
That's me punching hard. HAHA
PB moved so fast that her hands are all "blurred"
That's PJ punching.
Mahjong-ed in between for some time too.
Dinner was Hakka Lei Cha by PS's mum. Yummy!
When we sat together eating and watching some play on Wii, it felt like a big family.
And we watched ToG together.
Lots of comments... talking... laughing going on... haha it's really different watching a show together. Then it dawned on me that having sisters is a nice feeling, just like how we all gathered altogether.
Well, I only have brothers and we each do our own things most of the time. But at least, being the youngest compensates for that. =x And having NRBB (not related by blood) sisters is also just as good! So to speak of, I have both. ^^
PS mum had so many kueys for us to take home! Tan Dio leh. (benefit from it) =x And her mum exposed PS's secret, which we all share in common. HA!
Watched 'Alone' (the movie, and yes, literally) on Ch U at night when I was back at home. I almost fell asleep at the middle part, not really that it wasn't nice but the timing... 11.30pm ok, by the time it ended was about 1.30am. Luckily KF called to talk as we watch, if not I would have slept. Wasn't too bad. Not one of those ghost themed movie that would leave me with a question mark or make me give up halfway to head for bed.
So far, Dark Water (Japan version) and The Maid are the few that I like of for the genre.

comment (0)Brought piggy (my little nephew) for injection - MMR (haha this acronym is haunting) =x yesterday... and Mum and I was expecting a loud, deafening cry from him when the needle pokes in, so we were prepared. But, he didn't! He didn't even frown a bit!
Wa! That's surprising man!
And this morning... I was dreaming... In my dream I was organising some event @ my primary school... with my poly mates (Events Management ar? LOL) and some of the GOH are those teachers and lecturers that taught me before! HAHA Then was kinda rush to complete the set up of the decorations of the rooms and all, so we were a bit late for the performance at the concourse. CONCOURSE. What a retro term. HAHA There wasn't many audience also... those sitting at the stairs watching were all the organisers.
Then suddenly, I heard a loud baby cry. I turned to that direction...
Second cry. I woke up, with both my eyes open at the same time.
It's piggy.
'cos the room door was closed, he thought he was alone at home, so let out that loud cry.
To think I could hear it in my dream!
HA!
**OH!! And I was supposed to launch my new blog layout on 1 Apr but I forgot! So here now you are seeing it! comment (0)
GEMS registration puts me off totally.
Timeslots for the GEMS that I want wasn't available, at all.
Flustering to search for other GEMS I could take, and all that is available is limited, for I have no school on Friday, I don't want to go back to school just for GEMS!
ARGH.
Dream came true.
I dreamt last night that I registered the wrong timeslot for the GEMS module that I wanted, and is pondering over whether to drop it and add the right one.
I don't know now what I should take already.
DUH!
Updated at 11.56pm
Back from badminton!
And good news is I'm taking same GEMS module as Aq, thanks to him for registrating for me 'cos I was still outside when the 2nd registration starts.
Participants: Ping - the pro and ex-school team representative, Jov, Dex, Leen and P.yaya
So shiok to play badminton almost non-stop for 2 hours! Feel like playing more actually, but we've only booked for a couple of hours.
Am motivated to go for regular badminton after today... haha need to find more badminton mates to play non-stop with me!
Sweating all out just feels great. And I'm stinking (like the others) all over when we went to have dinner at GWC.
Tomorrow will be an body-aching day I think. It's been LONG since I worked out so much, the most work out I do everyday are fingers work out... typing in front of the computer, pressing buttons to change TV channels, pinching food at home... HAHA.

comment (0)Wahaha... have been enjoying watching this drama... watched mainly because of Kym! Kym's acting is very natural as usual of course hehe. And many people after watching the first 3 episodes this week has expressed compliments on her acting, and watch for her! ^.^
Venture into drama!! =x
Had always been hoping to see more hosts acting in drama 'cos it doesn't feel awkward to see them act at all, should be because of the fact that hosting is all about being natural and yourself, so they could do acting as well as they do hosting!
Saw GuoLiang's video interview, saying about Kym being a scary woman 'cos she practise table tennis a lot (she took table tennis course even after finish filming for ToG), and once she starts playing, she can play non-stop for 3 hours, not even stopping to drink water. LOL
The 'competition' between the 2 male lead... my support is for Ah Wu!
Can't wait for weekdays to come. :)
YAY Kym jia you!

comment (0)Went out today to spend the day away so that the waiting time for ToG to telecast won't be that LONG to wait for.
Registered to learn something, I'll announce when the time is ripe. HAHA (Those who know, please SHHH.)
MBS service is really good. First time doing trimming for eyebrow too. haha
Alright, it's only one hour more to go for ToG! YAY!
Casting Kym as Mai Tian Tian, ex-wife of Jiang Xian (Rayson Tan), feuding neighbour with He Ying Xiong (Zheng Ge Ping), mother of Mai Xiao Fen (Teresa Tseng).
Saw the 10-minute preview of the show and was LOL-ing at Kym & Zheng Ge Ping's scenes HAHA! Can't wait for the show!
Oh and since yesterday night, saw the scrolling text at the side of the TV screen promoting for ToG, casting main lead - Kym, Zheng Ge Ping, Guo Liang, Dai Yang Tian & Joshua Ang. HOHO ToG is also the first drama that I've seen the most trailers of!
PS: To catch the 10 minute preview of ToG, go Facebook and search for Table of Glory.

Happy April's Fool!!
*OH. This doesn't mean ToG telecasting tonight is an April Fool joke ok, it's just out of random-ness to wish Happy April's Fool. HAHA
Jov texted me to check with me if the causeway was b**bed (she heard from her mum), 'cos I'm a reliable source, HAHA but not being at home I couldn't check for her. So I guess it's an April Fool's joke... and I was right. =x
Then another one... P.yaya's message didn't stun me at all,
"Hey, if you hate me then tell me la. Dun need to bitch behind my back right?"
'cos I was thinking, "did she send to the wrong person?" and later I saw the scroll bar at the side, so scroll... and as I scrolled... "another those type of message again" went in my mind. =x
"Cold sweat? Lol. It's april fool! Njoy :*)"
