Saw a dead body at Woodlands bus interchange when my bus arrived. What a morning to start with. Only his body and head was covered with a canvas or something, so I could still see his arms and legs and some blood.
Then later on go up to MRT station, I could see many people standing near the railings looking down... so my guess is the person probably jumped down from that place.
Now that MRT stations are installing the screen doors to prevent people from committing suicide at the railway tracks... people are still committing suicide near the area.
Probably not suicide. I don't know. Let's see the news tonight.
Anyway, thinking about suicide cases, I feel that it's an irony when compared to people who are struggling to stay alive.
When there are people sturggling to keep alive, there are people who are giving up their lives.
It's a matter of determination.
A matter of time.
A matter of courage.
I couldn't emphasise more on the word 'courage', because I've heard people saying that committing suicide needs courage to do so, but it's only that few moments and then it's gone.
Compared to people who are continuing to live on with their lives, you don't know what the future holds for you. Unpredictability needs you to be equipped with even more courage to be able to face up to it.
If you think you are the most unfortunate person, think again.

Oh well, after seeing the news that day, the person didn't really commit suicide, he was actually an illegal immigrant and running away when he saw police inspecting some other people. In the frantic moment, he decided to jump, probably thinking that he would land on the grass patch area, but miscalculated and landed on the hard cement ground of the bus interchange instead.
Oh and I just have to say this, Bryan is so talented in drawing & painting!! *tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk*
He painted this with a brush in his mouth!
