Michael Jackson - This Is It

When you are watching it... "Are you sure that's a 50-year-old man dancing on stage?!" will pop up in your mind.
Never mind his plastic surgeries, never mind his looks, all that, never mind.
Michael Jackson is a real music talent. Very sure of how he wants his music to be, how he wants the performance to turn out. He gives his best for every rehearsal, every song, every dance. Which all contributes to what we see in the cinemas today.
A performer should treat every rehearsal like a real one-time performance, because that is when you can be better after each one... and also leave behind memories...
And because Michael did so, it was almost like a complete concert which he wasn't able to put up.
Every dancer and every crew for his concert were really looking forward and honoured to be able to work with him, all of them so dedicated to bring the best concert for the comeback of MJ with a BANG.
25 June 09, 8 days to the first concert in London. MJ left us.
It was a real real REAL pity that he was not able to hold the concert for his fans... anymore.

Throughout the movie, I was worried. Worried that it will end soon... because I can't get enough of him. His stage presence, his X-factor, his music, his dance, every moment captures your attention.
Felt the loss of MJ.
Felt sorry for the childhood he had, but it was that kind of childhood that made who he is today.
When the movie ended, I teared.
His death is so surreal, because 'Michael Jackson' - a name which has accompanied us, our parents and the different generations is so inclined on our minds. He seemed like someone who would always be there, always present, always existing.
But he is human afterall.
Even though none of us got to see his 'This Is It" concert, but we saw it still, Michael.
Thanks to your love and dedication to music, that you gave in all for the rehearsals, and throughout your life.
You are the legend. King of Pop.
*For those who haven't caught This Is It in the cinemas, do stay all the way till the credits finish rolling, there's still some of MJ. Last day in cinemas is on 11 Nov.
