Get Hook'd on Oops!

It's once again the... Oops! magazine launch party!
Coming to the 3rd issue, it's the summer edition and it just gets better and cooler one after the another!

The party was at Sentosa Silosa beach, can you imagine that quite a big area of the Siloso beach is reserved for us for this event? And Cafe del mar was entirely booked by Oops! too.

6000 bottles of Coke Zero was sponsored.
(It's of course far more than what you see here)

It looks very big on my hand huh?

NUM tanks for the crew sponsored.
So are the food, candy floss, popcorn, drinks and goodie bags! As the crew, we didn't have to pay a single cent for the whole event, not even the entrance to Sentosa nor the lockers to keep our bags! What's more? Check it out below!

There's like only a word to sum it all up - awesome!!

We saw this peacock on the way to Siloso

We've got this air inflated volleyball court and it spells BOUNCE all over!

It's so much fun to be jumping and bouncing about on it. HAHA
Look at this siao char-bor here, put a happy frog beside her and you can see the similarity

And there's the normal volleyball court also... beach soccer, some kiddy paddles in a mini pool and a spinning ride look-alike that we took on Tues in school (look at my previous entry), but this one at the beach looked even more risky because only the legs are strapped, your waist area are in a tyre support, and your hands gripping on to two metal handle bars on top, making it seem that you look like the Da Vinci sign.

Oh, and have I mentioned? There are bands performing too!
They are local english bands

This is Deputy Siren

and this is West Grand Boulevard!

this is the lead singer, his name is Bryan also. =x

We even took picture with them while we doing our duty for the staff entrance as they came to get tagged!
They are really nice people and their songs are good too! So ROCK!

The staff entrance is a place where you get to meet different sorts of people... Most of them are not locals. Some are pissed off, exasperated, some are fun, cool people when you tell them that "the cafe is closed for a private event, so it's not open to the public."
There's one who pointed middle finger with his back facing us.
There's a big guy who behaved very cool and funny in the way he speaks, and confirm & re-assure with us that the cafe would be open the next day when he pass by and came in the second time.
There's people asking us where to buy volleyball, where to rent bikes, where's sapphire pavilion... thinking that it was the information counter they are asking at. Haha...

Some poses to end the day off!

Cass and Trix look so drunk and... ok, but they are not.

Oops! is ever so happening... and it's all because of every person behind the scene and everyone participating!
Whoo! Let us look forward to the next party!

-------------------------------------------------------------

Then I had to leave early for Grandma's birthday.
And so there you go... My 86 year-old Ah Ma with Ah Gong

Ah Gong always has this loving look for Ah Ma... it's so sweet and touching whenever I see it...

Happy Birthday Ah Ma!
