Though I didn't grew up watching her shows, I do remember scenes of her appearance in the various shows... in an blink of an eye, time passes by... and we saw her again after the Star Awards 25th Anniversary last year (which was after many years since she last made an appearance on tv)... in yesterday's Thye Hwa Kwan Charity Show.

I shall adress her here as: Aunty 美光 (Aunty Mei Guang)
Aunty 美光 (Aunty Mei Guang)'s singing of the song Wang Zhao Jun (王昭君) moved me. It's a 7-minute long song with slow & fast paced rhythms, requiring a lot of energy on some notes to drag~~... and a lot of lyrics too! Ask any young person to sing it, he or she may miss out a word or two (or even more), or can't catch his or her breath for such a long duration song!

But Aunty Mei Guang, already at the age of 75, she did it!
She made her appearance on stage in wheelchair... because she is suffering from health problems herself, but she performed to raise funds for the needy... and she did it so willingly, so selflessly, so whole-heartedly... and she even urged people to make donation calls in a light and humourous manner after the breath-taking song...

From my bottom of my heart, I really wish that her health improves because she is such a kind soul, and she deserves all the more the pink of health for her chariatable actions.
